Privacy Policy

What is collected, how it is used, and how your confidences are kept.

Last updated: July 25, 2026

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Malcolm Kingley, Christian Science practitioner, and Kingley Foundation, a faith-based organization registered in the State of Washington and organized as a 508(c)(1)(A) non-profit.

2. Information we collect

  • Information you send us. The contact form on this website does not transmit data to a server. It opens your own email application with a message prepared, which you choose to send. We then receive whatever you chose to include — typically your name, email address, optional phone number, and message.
  • Technical data. Our hosting provider may automatically log standard request data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for advertising, and we do not run behavioral advertising or third-party tracking on this website.

3. How we use it

Information is used solely to respond to you, to offer prayer as requested, and to maintain the security of this website. It is not used to profile you and is not disclosed except as described below.

4. Confidentiality

Communications with a Christian Science practitioner are treated as confidential religious communications and are held in strict confidence. Information may nonetheless be disclosed where disclosure is required by law, compelled by valid legal process, or necessary to prevent imminent serious harm to a person. Nothing in this policy creates any legal privilege beyond that provided by applicable law.

Not HIPAA. We are not a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA, and communications with us are not protected health information under that statute.

5. Security and retention

We take reasonable measures to protect information in our possession, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Email, text messaging, and telephone are inherently insecure; please share only what you are comfortable sending. Correspondence is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.

6. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete correspondence you have sent, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time by writing to the address below. Depending on where you live (for example, California, Washington, or the EU/UK), you may have additional statutory rights; we will honor those rights as applicable law requires. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by state privacy laws.

7. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Any cookies present are strictly necessary for the site to function.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy by posting a revised version with a new “last updated” date. Questions or requests: tmoa@allowministries.com · 608-459-0664.
